Yoga
Jenna helps her students feel at home in their bodies and in their lives. She wants all beings to feel capable of living a life with their hearts wide open and their bodies at ease. Jenna teaches a practice of mindful movement to challenge students to take a deep look into how they move their bodies in every moment. When the body offers us feedback it is a perfect opportunity to ask - are we as healthy as we can be? Are we investing in this one and only vessel we have been given so that we have the best journey possible? It is a practice inspired by both vinyasa and bowspring principles to create an inner and outer strength that is extremely healing both physically and mentally.
