Lagree Method
Jenna is certified in the Lagree Method and has taught for three years on a M3 Megaformer. Lagree Fitness combines effective strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility training in each and every move in each and every class. It is very intense on the muscles yet safe and extremely low-impact on the body. Classes are 50 minutes long and are meant to be very challenging and therefore very effective. Jenna teaches in a way that will inspire you, motivate you, and will not only transform your body but also your mood. Jenna hopes her students leave feeling stronger, focused, empowered, happier and more alive. |
