Leah Doran is a wellness professional certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She started her own path to wellness in 2008 after reading Michael Pollan’s book In Defense of Food. As it did for many people, it opened her eyes to what real food is and is not, and the powerful impact it has on one’s health. Through diet and lifestyle changes Leah overcame chronic headaches, fatigue, mild depression and insomnia. Overcoming all of this paved the way for greater happiness and health in all areas of her life. As a holistic health coach, she hopes to inspire and empower other people to take control of their own wellbeing so that they can feel the best they can every day.
In addition to her work as a health coach, Leah is a dedicated athlete, a devoted yogi, an urban farmer and a voracious reader. Leah is the mother to two vibrant young girls, the wife to her supportive & loving husband, and guardian to one very lazy bulldog.
