Meditation
Meditation connects us in a myriad of ways; to our breath, our heart, our soul, to the present moment, to each other. It is personal yet universal. Meditation slows us down so that we may notice the beauty within us that often goes unnoticed. It makes the joy that surrounds us even more visible. There are no rules, no rights, no wrongs. Meditation is for everyone at any moment.
Jenna's relationship with meditation has morphed many times over the years. How often, how long, and in what way she meditates is constantly evolving and adapting to present life. However, it is a practice that constantly brings Jenna a sense of peace and comfort. It is a practice that brings her home in body and mind. |
