As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Jenna looks at the human body as a culmination of many parts. There are always going to be areas in our lives that are thriving and areas that are lacking. By bringing attention to the parts that need nourishment, Jenna helps to create a more balanced and satisfying way of living. Every part of our being deserves to be honored and loved. When we step away from this ideal, then we start to feel dis-ease in our bodies and minds. We feel stressed out, we tend to gain weight or in some cases even lose weight, we feel exhausted and we have trouble nurturing the relationships in our lives. By working together, we will create better habits that fully align with your goals, so that you feel your entire being come alive. Jenna offers a four month or six month program.
